The admission procedure comprises the following steps:

 

Contact us

The first step is to make initial contact to clarify whether a suitable room is available during the period in question. Please contact the residence of your choice by e-mail.

The following information is required in order to answer your enquiry as quickly as possible:

Surname, first name, date of birth, home address (street, postcode, town, federal state), telephone, e-mail, reason for stay, type of training, training company, desired period/block school times, special requirements.

We also ask for a curriculum vitae in tabular form as well as a confirmation from the vocational school or a copy of the training contract.

Tour of the youth residence 

If a suitable accommodation option can be offered, a tour of the residence and an initial meeting will take place if possible. An appointment must be made for this.

Confirmation of a place in the residence

After the binding confirmation by the residence management, we need the following documents before you move in:

For block students:

  • Completed application form*
  • signed admission contract*
  • Payment of the amount of 50,- € (security for possible damages)

For permanent residents:

  • Completed application form*
  • signed admission contract*
  • Payment of the amount of 240,- € (security for possible damages)

For short-term residents:

  • Completed application form*
  • signed admission contract*
  • Payment of the amount of 50,- € (security for possible damages)

 

*The documents will be sent to you by the residence management. We ask you to fill them out promptly, sign them and send them back to the residence by post.
