IN VIA Youth Residence Marienherberge

Our Marienherberge youth residence awaits you in the heart of Munich in the immediate vicinity of Munich Central Station. Here, 80 young women between the ages of 16 and 27 find a temporary home. Our house was completely renovated in 2017 and equipped in a modern and friendly way.

The Marienherberge mainly accommodates block students from all training programmes for between one and four weeks during their vocational school phases.
The other young women stay with us permanently to complete an apprenticeship, an internship, a degree programme, German courses or even a semester abroad.

There is great diversity under our roof. One thing they all have in common is that they all enjoy living in a girls'/women's residence and feel safe, comfortable, secure and in good hands with us. Here it is possible to socialise and experience community, but also to find the necessary peace and quiet for a successful education.
Our daily endeavour is to make this possible for all our residents.

The Team

 

Pedagogues, administrative staff and housekeepers work hand in hand in our team.

We always have an open ear for your questions and needs and are on hand with help and advice. 

The pedagogues offer counselling, support and a wide range of leisure activities that enable you to make new contacts.

The housekeeping team ensures that the house is kept clean and tidy and provides a delicious breakfast buffet and a varied, warm evening meal.
