Our Maria-Theresia youth residence is located in the city centre and offers more than 100 girls and young women a "temporary home" during their training.
The majority of our residents are block students aged between 16 and 27 whose vocational school is in Munich. The other girls and young women are students, trainees and interns who are living in the city for a longer period of time.
It is very important to us that each individual resident feels accepted and secure in our home, experiences community, but can also remain on her own. Together, we contribute to a successful coexistence and a family atmosphere.
The team
Our team consists of pedagogical staff, administrative staff and housekeepers.
Together with the administrative staff, our pedagogical team accompanies the residents through the training period and is always ready to listen to a wide range of concerns. We offer individual counselling, a wide range of leisure activities and communal activities.
Our housekeeping colleagues ensure that the house is clean and tidy and provide a variety of meals during the week.
