A day when I can sleep in and everything goes according to plan. If the sun is also shining, then my day is perfect.

Working with different people.
When I can pass on my knowledge to people and learn from others.
Cooking for my fellow human beings - and especially when they like it.

Challenges:
Working with different people.
German grammar. :-)

When the projects run successfully and you see results.
When all team members are motivated and satisfied.

Team meeting for our junior company "LichterKindl" with collection of ideas and preparation of minutes.
Normal lessons, e.g. business studies and event management
In via learning support.

That all the people who are important to me always stay happy and healthy.
